At Twofold Vintage, we understand that with vintage and antique items comes wear and tear from years of love. Wear and tear can include stains, patina, chips and other surface blemishes. We go to great lengths to provide our customers with as much information about our products as we can, and pack them to ensure a safe arrival. All items are final sale, unless they arrive in unusable or broken condition, due to shipping. In case of damaged items, please email us with the following:

• A picture of the damaged item along with the original packaging

In this rare case, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
